My client are a Lancashire based retailer, with a number of retail stores across the North West. They are currently looking for a Retail Area Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will manage a number of flagship & key stores across the coastal regions of North West, England.
The Retail Area Manager will manage, motivate and lead retail teams in a designated area to deliver outstanding customer service, increase sales, control costs, minimise loss and hit targets.
They will be responsible for coaching store personnel to ensure that they have the necessary product and sales training to provide the consumer with a differentiated shopping experience.
The Retail Manager must also provide a high level of sales and marketing service, and act as brand and product ambassador to create a strong brand experience at point-of-sale.
What are we looking for?
Successful applicants will have People Management, Training and Coaching experience gained in a similar role i.e. Multi-Site Manager / Retail Store Manager / Assistant Manager.
You must have the ability to communicate at all levels; you will be innovative, creative, commercial and dynamic with high levels of enthusiasm to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
