Our client is a leading creator of both own brand and licensed FMCG products, supplying to high street retailers both nationwide and globally. The company are looking to employ a high calibre Logistics Team Leader to oversee order receipt and despatch, obtain transport quotes, book forwarder to collect and ship as well as obtain proof of delivery.

Competitive Salary + Package

Based: Gloucester

You will be responsible for allocating order ownerships to team members and have direct responsibility for the despatch of goods directly from Overseas Suppliers to Customers and ensuring all relevant paperwork is in line with customers’ requirements.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in Exports and compliant shipping documentation. In addition, team leader experience within a busy logistics department is necessary.

You must have excellent communication and organisational skills combined with a strong sense of commercial awareness. Furthermore, Mathematical and IT skills must be of a high standard.
