Customer Service Manager

  • Oversee all aspects of the company’s customer and consumer-facing policies, objectives and initiatives
  • Drive, develop and establish procedures and policies governing customer supply processes
  • Manage and lead the customer service team, including first line management
  • Evaluate, investigate and resolve customer complaints and claims
  • Interact frequently with customers and proactively seek customer feedback and input
  • Develop a standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) for top customers in the UK & Europe
  • Driving customer excellence to provide leading-edge service recognised within the company’s industry!
